You are responsible for the set-up and take down of your booth. You will be limited to yourself plus one (1) person to run your booth. Only one (1) full pass per table will be given to vendors and can only be used by one person.

Please understand that Dallas Salsa Congress is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles of merchandise or any property of the vendors. We can not provide dressing rooms, mirrors, clothe rails, lamps, extension cords, phone lines or any other facilities. Hotel fee is not included in vendor price. Please visit the website for hotel pricing.
